Delivery & Returns Policy
When will I receive my order?
Your item(s) will be ready for shipping 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. We ship internationally and shipping times depend on your location. The courier site quotes 2 to 30 days for delivery. Orders may take longer to arrive due to external variables.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hult Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
What is your returns policy?
Part of our attempts to remain sustainable means we don’t mass produce each item. This means that when you place an order, we’re focussed on that. Unfortunately, because all orders are unique cases, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color.
We know some cases may reflect a more extensive issue. If the product is damaged or there has been a manufacturing error, for example we would encourage you to contact email@example.com within 30 days of your product’s delivery.
